I’m Honey-Booand I’m Dinky-DooWe are 3 months old and the best brother/sister duo. At our last shot appointment we both weighed under 4lbs so we are TINY(our picture makes us look bigger than we are )With that in mind, we would love a home with no small children and of course a fenced yard to play in. Our foster mom works from home so we have gotten used to having someone around a lot of the time and we would love to have that in our new home. She has also introduced us to other small dogs and we love to play with them! Another plus is how excellent we are doing on potty training As close as we are we would love a home together, BUT if two separate perfect adopters come about…then separating may be an option. Before inquiring, please remember these are puppies…they are busy and require a lot of care and training. A rehoming fee, adoption application and spay/neuter contract will be required. If you feel like you would be a good home, please call or text 406-350-0484 and leave your first and last name.
Please meet Charlie: He is a Doxie X puppy. He arrives to Tiny Tails on 11/05/2025. He will be fostered in Belgrade Montana. He has never been to a vet so we will get him in for his shots, worming, microchip and neuter right away. If you think you might be interested in this young man please put in an adoption application located under the applications and forms button above. Top black button marked dog adoption. I will post more information on Charlie once we get him vetted. Thank you for looking at Charlie's posting.
Please meet Hershey. Dob 11/21/2015 7 yr old Yorkie-poo. He came into rescue on 11/01/2025. He had a spa day on 11/03 and this is what he looks like now. He has a vet appointment on 11/12 for his neuter and vaccinations. He is good with other dogs and cats according to his foster mama. He is currently being fostered in Bozeman area. He is a sweet boy and looking for someone that will allow him to cuddle and spend time with him. Adoption application is available under the applications and forms link above. Thank you for looking at Hershey's posting.

COURTESY POSTING:
This is Echo. She is a 7 year old purebread American Staffordshire Terrier. We are looking to rehome her after exhausting all our options and are heartbroken to do so, so please be kind. Please read the entirety of this post before commenting or messaging me!
Here’s a little bit more about her as I’d like anyone considering her to be completely informed.
• Temperment: She is INCREDIBLY sweet and loyal to her people. I would trust my life with this dog. She would make an incredible guard dog and cuddle bug for the right person or couple. However, she can be wary of strangers and needs a supervised introduction. She can be anxious and reactive which has led us to kenneling her when company is over. It takes her a couple hours - days to get used to someone and then she’s your friend for life. However she has been shown to be reactive without a proper introduction.
• Anxiety: She has low confidence. We worked extensively with a trainer, even having her do a 2 week board and train to help her with this. I worked 2-4 hours a day with her specifically on this issue. She has made tons of improvement, but needs regular training to keep it going. (We can absolutely help with that!)
• Kids: She cannot be in a house with kids. She is too anxious and with them making sudden movements, I wouldn’t trust her. My husband and I can be as crazy as we want around her, but I wouldn’t trust her with kids.
• Exercise needs: She needs someone to throw the ball or run her regularly. She is HIGH ENERGY. She needs much more than we can give her.
• She is kennel trained! She goes in without an issue. Doesn’t wine or try to get out.
• She doesn’t pull on a leash. She’s incredibly well-mannered on a leash. We’ve even been able to walk her with other dogs nose to nose! Trainers say she has false-confidence on a leash so no issues there. It’s when the leash comes off that she has issues. Great recall inside a fence… terrible outside a fence.
• Dogs: She is NOT dog friendly. She was until she hit 2 years old and then without warning, she became reactive to other dogs. No clue what changed. She went after the dog she was raised around without warning and has not been ok with dogs since.
I know this is a lot of information, but we really want her to be successful wherever she ends up. I believe she is fixable. Truly. She is so special. We’ve poured so much into her and love her deeply so this is so painful.
My husband was living alone before we met and now that we’ve moved in together, it’s just not feasible to keep her. She is not getting what she deserves. I have a dog with no issues and a 10 year old so she’s only out when no one’s home or my son is with his dad or at school. My husband works 16 hours a day so this has just been a lot on us. Swapping dogs and only having her out when no one else is around just isn’t fair to her.
She would make a GREAT guard dog and snuggler. This is our last option for her. We have spent thousand of dollars and hundreds of hours with her but it’s just no longer feasible.
We know we can’t keep her, but don’t want to put her down or take her to the shelter until we’ve exhausted all options. She would do TERRIBLE in a shelter situation. I’ve also reached out to a couple rescues multiple times and haven’t heard back. Feel free to reach out with any questions or if you have any suggestions!

Hi, my name is Leo
I am a year and a half, I’ve had a tough last year, but I’ve made it to Montana and found some people that are taking good care of me, my last owners didn’t want to teach me anything, they didn’t even like to feed me. I’m learning how to trust people again and how to do fun dog stuff like going for swims and playing with the ball, which I had never done before. I even started wagging my tail and going to the bathroom outside is becoming a breeze. My foster mom and foster brother are showing me how to be a good boy, and I’m learning how to cuddle and give great hugs. I have a lot of energy, but I still stay close to my foster mom, I’m not allowed to get the zoomies right now because I just started heartworm treatment, so I stick close and don’t pull on my leash. I started out in Arkansas and the people that didn’t feed me didn’t give me heartworm preventative, but I’ve started treatment and should be clear of it by November.
I’m learning that not all people are bad, and I love to cuddle with my koala bear and kisses. I like kids and other dogs as well as pillows and treats. I still need to learn some things I missed a lot of learning time being stuck in a crate that was to small for me, but I am willing to learn.
Let me know if you are looking for a sweet boy to brighten your day

UPDATE: Geno has been adopted to a wonderful home. Thank you to everyone that put in an adoption application for this sweet little guy.
Questions about adopting from Tiny Tails:
1. The adoption application is available under that Applications and forms link above. To be able to adopt from Tiny Tails we must have a completed application. If you are wanting to adopt a dog for a service animal. We will sponsor the adoption on two conditions. Puppy/dog must be enrolled in a professional service dog training program and We must have confirmation that the person adopting the animal has a letter from the doctor stating that they require a service animal. We don't need to know what for. Just that a doctor has recommended a service animal for the adopter.
2. We do check with landlords, vets and your references. Home visits as well.
3. Fenced yards are required in most cases. Once in a while we will get in a dog that doesn't require a fence play area and that will be listed in the posting.
3. Spay and Neuter is a condition of adoption. Most vet want to wait until a puppy is at least 6 mo. old before doing the surgery. So, if your puppy comes back to our vet for the spay or neuter we cover it 100%. If you want you personal vet to do the surgery, we will credit your vet account with 100.00 of your adoption fee. Payment must go directly to the vet and confirmation of surgery.
4. We do have a contract that must be agreed to and signed prior to any puppy leaving our care. All dogs/cats must me at least 8 weeks old with a health clearance from our veterinary, before being able to go to their new home.
5. Courtesy listing adoptions are not via Tiny Tails. The owner of the dog/cat/other has complete control over where the pet is going to be placed. We are just assisting with getting the word out that a pet needs to be rehomed. We will sometimes have owners ask if we can do adoption application. Tiny Tails does not process them. They are reviewed by owner for consideration of adopting their dog/cat/other.
7. Adoption fees are not refundable. If you adopt a pet from us and return the pet, there is not refund, as we will have to quarantine the animal for 14 days and have the expense of a health check up with our vet prior to being able to rehome the pet.
Adoption fee is 200.00 and does not cover the cost of the care that has gone into your puppy/dog/cat. 100.00 of that fee is for spay at our vet. The other 100.00 goes towards, food, transport, required vet care, vaccinations, worming and micro-chipping. Which is why we are always doing fundraising so we can rescue these animals. Please note one 5 pound bag of replacement formula for a puppy is 140.00. A middle size puppy from birth to 8 weeks will go through two bags. So, If you can support our fundraising we are very much appreciate it.
8. All Tiny Tails adopted animals MUST live indoor with their family. We do not adopt out "Barn dogs"
Feel free to send us a note if you have other questions about our rescue or adoption process.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAJORITY OF OUR ADOPTABLE ANIMALS ARE BEING ADOPTED OFF OUR WANTED LIST. IF YOU ARE WANTING A SPECIAL KIND (BREED OR SIZE) DOG PLEASE FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION, TELL US WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR AND WE WILL GET YOU IN OUR WANTED BOOK. IF SOMETHING COMES IN THAT MATCHES YOUR REQUESTED DOG/CAT ETC WE WILL CONTACT YOU.
