Dogs for the Deaf

If you or a loved one has a hearing issue  consider getting in touch with Dogs for the Deaf. They are a non-profit group that rescues dogs from shelters and trains them to be service dogs.  The dogs are placed with needed hearing impaired parents free of charge.  www.dogsforthedeaf.org
